Passing of Former Yountville Chamber President & CEO Cindy Saucerman

Hunter Glenn
Our community is deeply saddened by the passing of Cindy Saucerman, former Mayor of the Town of Yountville and former President & CEO of the Yountville Chamber of Commerce. Cindy served as Mayor from 2006 to 2010 and previously served as a council member in the early 2000s. Her leadership and dedication to the community are evident throughout her years of service. In reflecting on the impact Cindy Saucerman had on Yountville’s leadership, Mayor Mohler shared, “As a new council member, Cindy helped me learn how to navigate the role and understand what it means to serve this community. I am forever thankful for her guidance and mentorship.”
In addition to her role as Mayor, Cindy worked to support and strengthen the local business community through her role as President & CEO at the Yountville Chamber of Commerce for 10 years. Under Cindy’s leadership, the Chamber produced community-favorite events such as Festival of Lights and Taste of Yountville. She advocated for Yountville’s Sister City relationship with Todos Santos, Mexico, helping foster cultural ties and collaboration. Her contributions helped shape Yountville into the vibrant town we cherish today. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones. Cindy’s legacy will live on through her lasting impact on our community.
